At Invite Genie, we believe in complete client delight. For standard catalog designs, **no advance payment is required to generate your initial draft**. You only finalize payment once you review the initial watermark preview on WhatsApp and are satisfied with the design trajectory.

2. Unlimited Text & Date Revisions

We provide **free unlimited revisions** for spelling corrections, date changes, venue updates, and music timing until your final unwatermarked 4K video file is delivered.

3. Cancellation Before Rendering

If you decide to cancel your order prior to our design team initiating custom caricature drawing or video timeline rendering, you will receive a **100% full refund** without question.

4. Digital Delivery Refund Limitations

Due to the custom-crafted, bespoke nature of digital video rendering and caricature illustration, once the final high-resolution, unwatermarked 4K video files have been delivered to your WhatsApp, we cannot offer cash refunds. However, we will gladly make any remaining wording or timing edits for free.
